I am a passionate advocate of personal and professional development. As an accomplished learning and development consultant and communication skills coach, I have dedicated the last 20 years of my career helping individuals and teams in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industry unlock the power of effective communication to navigate relationships with integrity, trust and respect.

Working with some of the world's leading organisations including Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Abbott and Eli Lilly, I have applied my professional training in the human health sciences and behaviour-change coaching to help individuals and teams develop important life skills such as self-awareness, empathy, understanding, communication skills, stress management and self-care.

Our communication and life skills programs incorporate scientifically validated behavioural profiling tools with a broad range of personal and professional development topics.
